Within 1 hour of setting an appointment, Paul was at the door to start cleaning. I have 5 children and a dog with WHITE carpets! I was truly embarrassed of my stained and dirty carpets. I am a happy regular customer of Streamrite and I recommend them. In trying to decide on a carpet cleaning process, I reviewed the warranty for my new Berber carpet. It only allowed for steam cleaning. I contacted Steamrite, and I’ve been a regular customer for the last 3 years. The Owner, Paul, has always provided excellent service and is friendly and professional. With a hobby car mechanic husband, a 4-year-old son, and an older dog at home, plenty of weird stains have shown up on my carpets. Paul has been able to successfully treat and remove them all. Last year, our dog was sprayed by a skunk, then promptly ran into the house, spreading the horrible smell all around! Happily, Paul got rid of all the smell. What a lifesaver! As an engineer by profession, I appreciate and respect Paul’s good knowledge about various carpet fibers, and the chemistry behind a good cleaning process, including water, and softening. It is much better than having a couple of 20-year-olds just go through the motions of a carpet cleaning, but not really care. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with the excellent service. I look forward to calling Steamrite next year.
