Paul and Mitch were awesome for the air duct and carpet cleaning service for my home! They communicated well, informing me of pricing, what I needed to do and recommendations. The pricing was fair and the job was superb! A few years ago, I had another air duct company come out and they didn't do even half the quality and work that Paul and Mitch provided today. I have used Steamrite for at least a decade. Paul and his team do an outstanding job on my carpets and upholstery, ensuring any stains removed and dealing with cat and dog hair. After they are done everything is fresh and clean like new. They have also cleaned my vents with great results. Paul is very professional, and actually cleans everything in a high quality way. Already had another company come out (tv commercial  company) and Paul’s work was not only cheaper he did a better job cleaning everything out, you could tell the other company barely cleaned anything. Steamrite was recommended by our realtor on our new build. All I can say is WOW! The amount of dust and debris that came out of our vents on move in day was WILD!! Paul and daughter Morgan showed us the "rite" way to clean ducts. We had it done before but did not realize how little was done by the previous service. Along came Steamrite. They worked for several hours in our smaller home. Our ducts, furnace, cold-air returns, and the clothes dryer have never been more clean and clear. The wife had been telling me that we needed a new dryer because ours was not drying. Paul included the dryer's ducting and what he found was epic: The attached photo shows only 1/3 of the lint pulled out of the dryer's duct--it was 100% plugged and so bad that his pressure hose could not punch through the lint blockage. This meant that there was NO air movement in the dryer--thus no drying. The photo shows only one of three equal sized amounts of lint. Paul and Morgan from Steamrite, job well done! Paul and his son did such a thorough job job with my air duct cleaning. They showed me stuff that came out of my air ducts, and they were super professional and honest. Amazing job! Also great guys!
